Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing, or any reason other than a manufacturing defect or an order error on our part.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Exceptions / Non‑returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, feel free to contact us.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period for the European Union
If the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
Please note that refunds are not allowed, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
